HEROIC Blackwing Descent now open for testing

We're going to open Blackwing Descent for testing today, and Heroic difficulty will now be available. The zone will stay open for at least a day to allow different regions to test the content.

There are new premade 359 templates available, but feel free to try with the 346 templates and whatever epics you might of gained from previous raid testing if you wish.

Magmaw is also available, too.
