Is the conquest cap supposed to be 1 piece of gear per week when you cap, or does the bar 'reset' like honor does, letting the CQ cap be a continual source of decent base il gear every 15 or so arena wins?

The conquest cap will be 1 piece per week. The item level this week is 345, and it will increase as the season progresses.
