Anyone have been there? I just walked there by mistake running away from guards ahahaha! Awesome! Drunken Fishes, dancing Void Elves and Tortollan selling acohol~

It was better than Winnie the Pooh and his friends I meet in Stormsong Valley.

Find Merchant Kooda
Jump into water (left side) and follow underwater stairs made out of wood
