Is Fullscreen mode comming back any time soon?

Hey, after this fullscreen was gone I went from 150 fps to 40-50 fps with fullscreen (Windowed)... and that's nothing cool. I just wanted to know if its comming back becouse the recent changes made me unable to enjoy the game.
