Blizz GM? A Draenor update by any chance?

Any chance we could get an update on draenor? ive been sat here for nearly 2 hours unable to log on, and have not had any communication from blizz about this, instead im seeing hotfixes on Heart of Azeroth. I find it highly unfair that Blizzard just seems to be completely ignoring the fact a whole realm is unable to play and not even giving any updates about this?

Can we please have an update?
