Tints of Mage Tower appearances

Will the tints of Challenging Artifact appearances be unobtainable as of prepatch? I've got the Mage Tower appearance but not my "Complete 10 dungeons" (which I'll probably be unable to do today due to other stuff). Any ideas?

If you have the base Mage Tower appearance, you will still be able to unlock the other variants in BfA.
