Mythic +15 Artifact skin question

If I have completed a +15 on one character, does it unlock the skin for all characters or do you need to do the +15 on every character?

Yep, the Mythic +15 base appearance will still be obtainable in Battle for Azeroth if you complete a M15 (or higher keystone) during Battle for Azeroth. The tints of the base appearance will still be obtainable as well.
