You asked why you could get silenced and they covered it very broadly with racism as a category. While what you said wasn't racist what you were talking about was racial. It doesn't belong in WoW in public channels. Also this doesn't belong in General Discussion as it pertains to things that are Customer Support related.

Orlyia did nothing wrong so there isn't anything to complain about.
