I am currently in a noob guild but there are never enough guild members online to do raids or to even help when needed. The maximum players on at one time is about 4. I am only online about 2-3 times a week coz of my job but would really love to join a friendly, helpful and more active guild if anyone will have me. Would love to have help to get better as a player.

You might have some better luck if you post in the realm forums, or try to find a guild while you are in-game. In any case I wish you the best of luck in your search!
