When Character Copy is available, you'll see a button on the Character List that will allow you to copy over your characters. :)

That's mainly what I'd want to be able to test the expansion content anyway, since I'm not really an altoholic with a 110 in every class on my live account.
Yes, when you create a character on Beta it will be automatically set to 110. For now we want to focus on testing with these premade characters, with character copies coming at a later date.
