How on earth do i get to argus?

i cannot for the life of me figure out how to get to argus?

I have just returned to wow recently i left very early on in legion and so have not unlocked flying yet, is this necessary to get the questline?

Looks like you already found your way over to Argus by now, Noxianmight. :)

For anyone else still trying to work things out, you will have to have unlocked World Quests for your character/account (through the quest 'Uniting the Isles'), which will then let you start the 'Assault on Broken Shore' quest/scenario from Khadgar at Krasus' Landing.

Only after unlocking the Broken Shore will you be able to get the 'Hand of Fate' quest to take you to Argus.

Have a safe flight aboard The Vindicaar! ^^
