+15 mythic dungeon artifact skin

I can't seem to find a definitive answer to this but if I do a +15 mythic dungeon before I complete the balance of power quest line, will I get the skin when I eventually complete the quest line? Or do I need to complete it first and do a +15 mythic dungeon then?

Hey Gizmobes, Arianné and Murr are right :) This is how I got the apperance as well, once you clear a 15 (in time) you'll get the Keystone Master achievement and once you get Balance of Power you'll get that recolour unlocked automatically :)
