We need info Blizzard! No chars

I've seen numerous posts about this issue, give us a response blizzard we are all paying customers. Servers are up "technically" but no characters....give us something so we aren't sitting around waiting for nothing and out $50-$70 on our purchase. We deserve a response or a situation report on why we cant play!

Has anyone found a fix or still able to log in??
