- Limited Time Window which almost never lines up to when I actually have free time to dump into this garbage
- On top of this, having to farm nethershards to keep pulling
- Sitting through RP at the beginning every single pull
- Too much going on to possibly keep track of
- Every single mechanic is instant wipe, and not a shred of forgiveness for the smallest mistake
- Encounter different every time so brute forcing incremental progress by memorizing encounter impossible
Working on this is pure misery. Soulbreaking and I hate you for putting limited time content behind it.
(Tank challenge and not on this druid, don't tell me about how gear trivializes anything)
Edit: Just got him down, but it was still miserable.
Edit 2: Well, aside from a couple "git gud" trolls, I appreciate the supportive comments here. I made the OP in frustration (I spent 75+ attempts at 940 on the blood dk before I got it down), but the content of the post still stands as I found the victory to simply be relief from the pressure, and not a thrill of success.
However, the same day, I took it on with two dps characters, enhancement shaman and marksmanship hunter that I've been gearing up and had a wonderful experience with them. I wiped a good 15-20 times on each, but the wipes felt fair, and there was a clear sense of progression as I got a progressively more aware of the enemy's abilities and creative in how to cope with them, especially them being a bit more forgiving with one shot mechanics. Beating those fights felt like playing a game. I just think the tank one ended up being too punitive and hopeless feeling. My tank kill was pretty lucky with phase 2 mechanics, and at that point 100% leaning on gear to smork it.
Best of luck to all pursuing.
