We're closing in on a month since my last recorded post (Jan 3) and all we've been told is that it's "low priority."

How low is that, exactly?

Can we get a status update?

I do still have an issue in to our web team on this. We are hoping this gets resolved shortly, but I have no updates on the issue at this time.
