Argus - How do I get there?

As the title says, I have no idea how to get to Argus.

I did the quest wherein a certain important character from Argus contacts Khadgar... and then I don't remember what quest I got after that because it was so long ago I don't know if I should actually go to Val'Sharah to get the Tears of Elune as part of the follow up quest (is that what I have to do next)?

As a sidenote I am doing Suramar quests and getting Garrison music rolls until a touch of inspiration hits me and I actually DO figure out how to go and quest in Argus >.>

And good luck to you, Sunbursts! "Uniting the Isles" should not take you very long if you've already been doing some zone quests and content in the Broken Isles and you'll need that reputation if you'd like to go for unlocking flying in the Broken Isles as well, through the Broken Isles Pathfinder achievements.
