Will a horde ever go to Kul’Tiras?

So, I’ve started this new, fresh character on a different realm and on horde so I can a varied experience in BFA...

So Kul Tiras is for the alliance yes, but IMO it look 20 times nicer and better to level in than Zandalar. Especially as it looks like the place a rogue or hunter would feel at home...

My question is, will I ever go to Kul tiras as a horde person or would I at least have some kind of option to level there?

Players of both factions will be able to visit the opposite faction's zones at maximum level, however Kul Tiras is the Alliance's leveling zone and Zandalar is the Horde's.
