Hi,

I want to create a new account, bassicly like a secondary fresh start. Am i gonna receive the same perks on the secondary account as they are on my main? Like heirlooms, Achievements, mounts etc...

Indeed, as long as your new WoW account is on the same Battle.net Blizzard Account as your other one, you should find all the collections and the like are shared with that account, other than some player-specific stuff!
