Class Mounts on alts?

So if i have both pathfinder achievements on one character and have obtained my class mount, and then I have another lvl110, do I have to do the achievements again? If not what are the requirements? Do i just finish all my order hall quests?

It's worth mentioning Druid alts will need to meet Skycaller Faeb before unlocking their Lunarwing form.
