Why is a system not in place to force a respawn when it hasnt spawned in a few days. I see Inquisitor Vethroz every !@#$ing day but Voruun? Nowhere to be seen.

Only Blizzard could mess up something with RNG so bad.

We've found the route cause of this now which was an issue preventing him from spawning at all. This has now been resolved.

This doesn't mean he will be up immediately, but he should be spawning more regularly going forward, much in the same manner that the other Argus rares spawn.
