Did Blizzard forgot about EU? [PvP Vendors]

Yesterday the patch went online for the US folks and everything went smoothly for them yet.

I log in today i was about to go check vendor who is selling Elite season 3 and 4 Elite gear and to my suprise that vendor hasnt been updated, yet that vendor is selling the gear on US server as confirmed by many people and also streamers.

ALL PVP VENDORS ARE NOT UPDATED

So i vonder is it so hard to update the vendor http://www.wowhead.com/npc=119484/captain-roberts

Also this vendor is not updated too, he should be already selling 930 Elite gear like on US servers yet he still sells 915 Elite gear like come on seriously...

I think this is a easy 5 minute fix and a quick server restart to apply the changes why come US people never experience issues like this.

Thanks for your patience while this was worked on. The Legion Season 3 and 4 ensembles should now be available from the vendors in Dalaran.

At the back of Greyfang Enclave in Dalaran.
