Havoc 4t20 not working for Death Sweep

The bonus crit from the 4t20 bonus for Havoc is only applying to Blade Dance and not the Metamorphosis version Death Sweep. The 2t20 is working fine for both but the 4 piece isn't which I can't possibly imagine is intended.
