STOCK ! :(

Hi GM.

I am stock and not going in to the Game, it only say " Starting Battle.net .... "
What can I do ? And if I try to close window down whit "Starting Battle.net is say " Cleaning up " and from there I stock again and I need shot down my PC where window open. And if I try again, the same issue come again again and again.
What did I going to do now ??? Can you guys pls help here ty.
