Kicked out of Ashran?

I'm trying to enter Ashran and I'm immediately kicked out with the "You do not meet the requirements for the chosen dungeons" message.

What's going on?

1) Honor doesn't exist now
2) Ashran is locked to level 110 characters

You will be able to queue for Ashran through the PvP UI at 110.

Why? That didn't happen to Wintergrasp or Tol Barad.

Something we may explore in the future, but no definite answer for now! :)
