Notification when available after maintenance

I had a suggestion for a text, email, etc. notification when servers are back up from maintenance. I was thinking there was some sort of option like this. I know sometimes there is a tweet that goes out but it wouldn't be hard to setup an email or even text notification that you could elect to enrol in and have an automated message when your server is back up. If I missed something and it's available, please let me know. Thanks!

I think if we ever had a solidified Blizzard/Battle.net style app or something, that could be an interesting idea for an opt-in.

In the mean time, with Twitter at least, you can follow @BlizzardCS and turn on notifications for their tweets. That's about the closest thing to this at the moment.
