Fix Human Racial, It's broken.

It's absolute bull. The game should be about playing what race you like the look of/story, not being forced into changing to a human for the free trinket. which is virtually essential if you want to get past 1600 Rating in anything. When playing 1700+ rating arenas, if the enemy class can be human, they are. It's not fair on those wanting to PvP competitively. Majority of horde have given up on PvP due to this lack of Balance. Humans aren't forced to get, get out of stun trinkets, so this allows them to use two Damage trinkets. Lets take the versatility off the get out of stun trinket. This means you can effectively consider the human racial to in fact do the following.
Increase you're Primary Stat by 322 (passive)
And on use increase your 1440 Versatility 20 Seconds (2 minute CD).
How exactly is this even comparable to the orcs racial of 345 attack power 15secs. (2min CD)
Infact, You'll find every single races racial isn't even anywhere close to as good as the humans Racial.
Essentially it means, if you want to progress in PvP you have to be a human? what problems will this cause for future PVP? well, It's already lop sided. If you look for the statistics of races played for PvP, the results are quite horrendous. Goodluck Ashran, And goodluck any future PvP.

{P.S} What happened to revamping the racials to cosmetic values in WoD?

We're currently planning to change the on-use PvP trinkets back to a 1-minute cooldown (and reducing their effects) in patch 6.2. This is effectively reverting the change made to these trinkets in patch 6.1, which was a heavy contributor to the overall strength of the Human racial.

This essentially buffs sub rogues in addition to the buffs they are receiving, along with BM hunters who will now just run 1 on use and 1 proc again.

It does mean that classes with burst abilities on shorter cooldowns will be able to line them up with trinkets more regularly, yes. However, it substantially lowers the maximum potential for that burst of damage. We expect it will be significantly easier to survive through the maximum burst output of e.g. a Beast Mastery Hunter or Combat Rogue who is able to run with double trinkets. That was the case prior to the change in Patch 6.1 that changed them to their current 2-minute versions.
