Server maintenance

Can I ask why the server maintenance has to be always happened at SE Asia's evening time (time when people here have the time to play the game)

We are paying account holders as well, a once a week general maintenance follow by any additional maintenance in that week, takes away the time we can play the game. Basically, we lost 15-20% of the total hours we can access to the game.

Why can't the service team consider to alternate the servicing hours so this downtime affects everybody fairly??? Just don't understand??!?!? It is time to CHANGE?

Hi Maiamatoros,

While it would not be possible to choose a time where no customers are affected, we have determined that early Tuesday mornings are when the least amount of customers will be inconvenienced. Please note that the consideration for least amount of players takes into account players in all locations of the North American region (the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, New Zealand, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Malaysia and Thailand). We do apologize for the inconvenience but we currently have no plans to adjust the maintenance window unless warranted by player activity.
