We are paying account holders as well, a once a week general maintenance follow by any additional maintenance in that week, takes away the time we can play the game. Basically, we lost 15-20% of the total hours we can access to the game.
Why can't the service team consider to alternate the servicing hours so this downtime affects everybody fairly??? Just don't understand??!?!? It is time to CHANGE?
