Warriors need a new shout!

I'm still ashamed that SHAMAN got bloodlust/heroism when that really fits warrior much better.

Go for the throat: For 30 seconds the raid is granted 20% Armor penetration. 10 minute cooldown.

Something of that nature.

We still feel that both Battle Shout and Commanding Shout continue to be very useful. If we decided that there was a group buff that needed to be added, we would consider giving it to warriors, but we do have some ideas stirring to make both Battle Shout and Commanding Shout better in Cataclysm.

Too early to have any details unfortunately. We are continuing to stir the pot of ideas though and we'll see what we come up with.
