Blizzard Post
Greetings on a fine Monday, ladies and gentlemen,

At this time we are testing some resolutions for issues with character information being outdated on the forums. If your character is suffering from the following issues, please let us know via this thread so we can report this information to our database administrators:

  • A once active character that has since been deleted is still available in your Selection screen on the forums,

  • A character that was recently created is not yet available from the Selection screen on the forums,

  • A character's name was recently changed and still listed under the old name,

  • A character has recently moved to a different realm and still shows as being a member of the previous realm,

  • A character is currently a higher level than what is reflected on the forums,

  • The guild name listed for a character is out of date,

  • A character is currently listed twice (duplicate avatars).

  • Or, any other account/character information anomalies on the forums.

Your patience and assistance with this process is very much appreciated!

Happy Monday. ; x

Q u o t e:
Hey, curio question. Would having more than one Middie be causing issues? =]

Edit: OMG... It's working!

Hehe... I don't believe so, but good question, Middie. I've added Faiz's notation about duplicate avatars to my original post and will have this investigated further. If the duplicate avatars are reflecting the most current information, perhaps this is a bug that is occurring with the solution that was recently implemented.

Thank you everyone for your feedback as we continually work to have this issue finally addressed! ; D
