Brewfest and Mount Availability

After more discussion on the matter, we have hotfixed Coren Direbrew to drop the Brewfest Kodo and the Brewfest Ram for both Alliance and Horde. You now have an equal chance to get both mounts regardless of your faction!

Thank you to those who've given constructive feedback on this both during PTR testing and over the past couple days, and I hope you enjoy Brewfest!

The droprate they have makes them uncommon but not very rare.

The mounts that Coren drops are permanent, yes. :)

On the note of Brewfest, is the past event that was taken out due to exploits going to be in this one? Something about the hostile group of dwarves attacking and you had to wave at a certain guy, then throw the beer they threw at you at them for tickets?

Yes indeed, that's back as well. :)

Afraid not, but you can still use those tickets for other rewards. :)

EDIT: The only permanent mounts are from BRD.

At least make it so the Horde can only get the Kodo and Alliance can only get the Ram with tickets, and make the Boss drop the other faction's mount.

We won't be doing this. The change to a drop was intentional, and we can't hotfix in a new ticket reward in any case.

The other rewards may not have value to you, but they do to some, and I'm certain there will be players who enjoy them. I hope you find something to enjoy regardless.

To reiterate one last time for those that missed it: they cannot be hotfixed as a ticket reward, and thusly won't be.
