Seriously though, of course we do. However, as you say yourself in your other thread, there's no GM support on the public test realms. So unfortunately, even if we feel for your situation we are unfortunately unable to help. Yes it can be frustrating and for the last few years while I've been here I've seen many similar unfortunate situations occur and have often been unable to do virtually anything to help out. :-(

Unlike the live realms, the PT realms are provided "as is" and many people excitedly rush to help in the public test only to find that the reality of the situation is much more frustrating than they realised it would be. I hope if you can recover from this setback that you will choose to persevere and keep providing us with useful bug reports and feedback. But if you now believe the PT realms are not the place for you anymore, then thanks for the help you've provided until this point; every bit of it helps, it really does.
