Q u o t e:
The Death Knight starting area usually takes a good hour and is very well thought out, the echo isle just seems to be a bit of a rush.
They're not really comparable things though. The death knight starting area is as it says on the can, a starting area -- whereas these are two fun little events that precede the creation of the Troll and Gnome starting areas that will be in Cataclysm. And believe me, those starting areas take much longer and are quite entertaining. :-)

These aren't the only things that will be going on in and around Azeroth in the twilight before the cataclysm... ;-)

Still, I'm not saying you didn't do a good job because you have, I just think more complexity would have been nice =)

To be honest. These quests are more annoying than entertaining (Fall)
What was it precisely that annoyed you? We kinda need details, so if you've a spare moment, we'd love to hear them.

As you may have noticed, we have now deactivated these events. If you do have any further feedback about them, please go ahead and post it here in this thread. Thanks so much for taking the time out to help us test this content.

Now, take a moment and try and put the memories of these events out of your minds so that when they are finally up and running on the live realms, you can be just as surprised by them as those who didn't test them here on the PTR. Asking too much? Maybe so! ;-)
