Q u o t e:
All we ask is that you provide feedback in a constructive manner, and keep in line with the forum guidelines and Codes of Conduct. It is not much to ask for now, since you agree to agree those upon visiting the forum. We're here to uphold those, as well as to generate constructiveness within the postings made here.

Instead of people hitting the caps lock and offloading rage on to the forum, which will only serve to get you (and us) wound up, sit back, breathe, and offer your thoughts and suggestions in a way we can use.

We've seen countless times how you all as a community can discuss things realistically and logically, and we thrive upon this. This information for us as a team is useful.

Given this thread in it's own right is a violation of the posting practices we ask of you, it will also be locked like others before it, however, I wish to stress further how things should be done, in the hope that we can all see some feedback being generated without all the tears, rage, horrific language and outright disregard for the guidelines in place.

Cheers.

U know what's the problem that those topics keep poping up and people go zerker stance on forums ?
Since there was around 30000 nicely written posts and around 4000 topics with explanations why is warrior in such state and what could be done to fix / balance warrior class, developers come up with those patch notes that were announced and are live on PTR.

U can see our discussion all over forums with clear presentation what's wrong with current state of warriors, yet what developers do? Ignore all and just do something that has absolutely no reason to do so.

And now you wonder why there is 40+ topics a day with nerdrage written caps lock on topics on forums ? May i ask you, have you not been here last couple of months ? Have you not been reading posts, topics of people writing they're thoughts and they're explanations on problems ? Or you did and you just can't do anything about it, but since you cant do anything about it , developers think class is in good shape and it needs to be tooned down by "nerfs".

There will always be people who will want to express themselves on this or that way, what u can do is lock topic ofcourse, but that will not satisfy them, that will not stop them of making another one, or just spamming on constructive topics. What you should do, is give these forum link to game developers, make them read the sticky topic, make them understand what are they doing to this class.

Then, just then, you might see some good old forum topics, like those more in game features, those raid wise questions, those constructive how to do what. Not these "Fix this fix that do this do that".

When u actually get to understand the people who pay to play this game, and want to see they're actually being listened, then these forums could be so much nicer place. Not only for us, but for you as well, then you, just might be able to post on these forums like you did in the past without being blamed for everything.

The players who decide to post in a manner that violates our forum codes of conduct are only doing themselves a disservice by essentially ensuring that they will not be able to provide any thoughts, comments or feedback to us at all - possibly never - if their suspension history or forum offenses warrant it.

Without trying to sound too draconian with our policing; it boils down to the simple case of "Either you post in the manner we have deemed acceptable or you don't post at all".

We would much rather prefer to spend the majority of our time on these forums doing constructive work like compiling feedback or participating in discussions where we can; however - some players seem to feel that a more valuable use of our time is having to clean up their mess because they decided to go on a rampage on the forums for whatever reason. It would be nice if the community as a whole could encourage themselves proactively to post on these forums in a good manner at all times, rather than halfway lending support to those that have nothing better to do than waste our time by sympathising with their postings based on personal bias.

Yes - we can and will police the forum rules if we have to, however - we would much rather see a mentality change in the community as a whole in regards to what is acceptable posting. We don't want to have to be the "big bad forum police" every time a class change is pushed to a testing environment (without even the guarantee that said change will make it live or undergo further changes, mind you) just because some players can not or will not control their knee-jerk reactions.

The power to keep these forums clean and constructive is largely in the hands of the community posting here. Let's not spiral down the road of "but you messed with our class so now we're going to make these forums a complete mess with spam/troll/rage posts so you can feel our wrath". Things simply do not work that way.

It's as simple as that.
