Twinks NEED to be stopped

Ok venting my fustration out here... I just dont understand why Twinks exist is it

A - Because you are unable to win with your main?

B - Enjoy ruining the game for us normal players in greens?

C - All of the above?

Please Blizzard stop twinks... I'm sick of the Horde twinks running around killing everything its not hard with the gear you have challenge yourself and put greens on.

Alts " Twinks" should get XP for kills not honour simple that would fix this problem.
