05/12 Season 2 Titles & Mounts Update

The investigation into the incorrect awarding of Season 2 titles and mounts is still ongoing across all regions (Europe, the US and Korea).

Though we are aware of your concerns over the delay to resolving this issue, due to the scale and intricacies involved implementing a full solution requires further time and attention. We ask for your patience while the investigation continues, and assure you that it is still a top priority.

I think there are a few players in the US who would disagree with you.

To be clear: The hotfix that was applied during the urgent maintenance in the US (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=3168397766&sid=1) was applied in Europe during our own regular maintenance.

The investigation is still ongoing across all regions.

Guys, please. We'll give you an update when we have something substantial. As many have said here already, updating with essentially "we're still looking into it" over and over isn't really helpful - though for as long as that is the latest update (as it is now) it is the actual status of the matter.

Unfortunately we don't have any details we can add, except what should be fairly obvious; that it's not as straight forward and easy to sort out as one would wish. When we have new information we'll post it. Meanwhile, please refrain from swearing, insults and other violation of the forum guidelines.

Sorry, but as said we have no additional details at this time. Information on what exactly the issue is falls under that definition of "additional details". We understand that it can be frustrating, but that's the status right now. We will for sure update you when we can.
