(1) Respect your team mates.
(2) Give constructive instead of destructive feedback.
(3) Make pro-active suggestions instead of retrospective complaints.
(4) Use macros for the most important tactical commandos. This maximises the time you can actively participate in the main objectives of the game.
(5) Respond to your team-mates’ posts. By doing so, you are not only acknowledging the player, but you also raise the awareness of the rest of the players towards the bespoken issue.
(6) Request backups early. If a major confrontation is foreseeable, ask your team mates for help.
Putting points (1) to (6) to practise can significantly improve the performance of individual players and increase the chances to win as a team. The overall outcome is both, a more satisfactory game-play as well as a more efficient honour generation for each player.
Any feedback / critique is welcome.
