Addons with Windows Vista

i'm not that big a fan of addons, but as a feral druid who is being asked to change form more and more frequently Outfitter seemed like a good bet. i've used gatherer while i was on xp so i know where to put the files, but since i went all vista addons don't seem to work.

anyone else have this problem? or have any advice?
