Forcible redirection US to EU Forums - why?!?

After the new forums have gone online in the US, I tried to access them, as normal. Imagine my surprise when I was redirected to the German forum! I still haven´t found a way around it, and am steamed because of this attempt on Blizzards part to circumvent European players to simply read ( as posting was never possible without an US account ) their US forums.

I sincerely hope this massive decrease in costumer service was rather a simple mistake than an sincere attempt at leading an entire continents fanbase by the nose and denying them one of the fresh sources of WoW knowledge.

A workaround for getting on the US forums would be appreciated, until this issue has been resolved.
