Due to a technical problem we had to shut down the paid character transfer and the access to the public test realm. We are planning to have a fix ready for tomorrow morning.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and we’ll keep you updated when we’ll get further news.


Update 08/12 17:24:
Unfortunately we have no new information. Expect the PCT to be down during the weekend, and we'll get back to you on Monday.


Update 11/12 10:28:
We have a tentative ETA to get the PCT back and running tomorrow, but we will give you further updates when we have more information.


Update 12/12 15:27:
We are sorry to inform you that the new ETA for getting the Paid Character Transfer is no earlier than Thursday the 14th. We are still working hard to solve this issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

The PCT issue is still not solved, but we continue to work on the matter. We'll provide you with an update as soon as we have a new ETA or other new information.

If it's locked you must contact the Billing department which can help you. And don't use language like that.

I can understand that fixing something takes time, but what I don't understand is that you guys just take off for the weekend and then check things back later on monday. The least customer-support that you could give us, is trying to fix it this weekend, and not take the weekend off.

CM:s don't fix technical problems.

So unfortunately there won't be any more updates until tomorrow, because we haven't received any new information. We are still working on fixing this problem, but check back later (and check in the first post where the updates will be posted).
