Lower city rep

Hi!

I am thinking about starting grinding for Lower City rep, all the way to exalted. After reading some guides it seems like shadow labyrith is the way to go from honoured to exalted. But is this the only way? Is there nothing else besides shadow labyrinth that gives rep after honoured?

There are several quests that give you Lower City reputation. It might not be a bad idea to save them until you've hit the cap from the feathers and the lower instances though.
