Healers are Fungible.

I feel that with the current stance on itemisation and raid structure, it's feeling more and more as though healers are fungible. This evidently is detrimental to hybrids.

Seriously though, I just needed an excuse to use the word "Fungible", isn't it a great word? I just phoned my brother up and called him fungible, I'm still giggling.

If, as you say, healers are fungible, then any healing class will be intrinsical for groups, thus rendering your premise of this entire concept being detrimental to hybrids a moo (;)) point?
