19/01 Migration and transfer systems down

We’re currently experiencing an issue disabling all character transfers. This means the Paid Character Transfers, Free Character Migration and Public Test Realm character copies are all unavailable until the issue is corrected. Our technical teams are diligently working on having this up and running as soon as possible.
