Account lending = Account sharing ?

I know that account sharing isnt allowed, but isnt that mainly to counter chinese power levelers? I mean real account sharing can never be prevented (2 brothers/sisters for example).
Anyways, my guild will be attempting Leotheras soon, but I dont have time to raid atm. As I'm the only warlock with the gear required to tank his demon form, I was planning on giving my details to a guildy so they could atleast attempt Leotheras.
Is this bannable ?

The only person who should have the account details is YOU. No one else. No cats, siblings, brothers, sisters. Maybe parents, so they can use the parental control.

The reason for this is safety. Your account just isn't safe if you go share the details with people. It is your responsibility to keep your account safe.

Not meaning to sound harsh, just wanted to make it clear once and for all :)
