'Blizzard' e-mail, fake or real?

I see these threads every day, but this one is somewhat different, no hotmail address, no weird stuff. Apparently I have to 'log in' to the wow-europe account page to fix it, even though i dont know how that would fix it. E-mail here;

hmm, reading it again it says from blizzard.com, but also TO blizzard@gmail.com :/ i'm confused :(
