Account suspended, cant play no more.

Hello,

A friend my mine tryed to log on today and then he got a message that said his account suspended.
Well no big problem, it was a charge back of bank ( He was at the Postbank but chance 1 month ago to Rabobank and YES he chance it ) but Blizz was still SO stupid to charge money from Postbank. But now there is the problem, to activeite his account he need a credit card, but his father dont have his credit card anymore =/ So how can my friend play WoW ever agian? He just wanna thnx Blizz for the biggest stupid mistake, read next time, and just dont charge money from a bank that he is no member of anymore.

Sounds very strange that the automatic system would pick deleted payment information instead of the one registered on the account. I'd guess he changed it too late.

In any case, your friend's account and payment status is hardly something we'd talk over with you in public. The matter is between him and our Account and Billing department.
