20/10 PCT Update

We can now confirm that all payment requests have been cancelled and all reservations either are in the process of being released by the banks or have been already. How timely a reservation is released depends on each individual bank, we apologise for not being able to provide more details.

We’re continuing to work on this issue and will provide further updates as soon as possible. Meanwhile the PCT service will remain closed until further notice.

All affected players will receive compensation for the inconvenience this has caused. Those players will be contacted individually via email with the specific details.

We wanted to let you know that we believe we've found a resolution to the issue with PCT but as a precautionary measure we intend to leave the service closed during the week-end. This extra time will allow us to fully test the strength of its functionality . The current plan is to reopen this service on Monday but in the meantime we'll keep you updated as and when new information becomes available.

As said before, players directly affected by the interruption to this service will be compensated and contacted individually by email.

Meanwhile we'd like to thank you for your patience whilst the situation is being resolved.

We wanted to let you know that we found a solution in order to fix the PCT but we still need to let the service being closed during the week-end in order to strengthen its functioning. The current plan is to reopen this service next Monday and we will keep you updated if further information is available.
In addition to one month game time we’ll give a free character transfer to all affected players.

In the meantime we would like to ask you for your patience while the situation is being resolved.

Locked this as it is an extremely old post. If your character is locked during Paid Character Transfer Embervadász you will need to contact the Account and Billing department to resolve the problem.
