Great game, now everyone will be able to see who has which buffs and dispel them if they're anything of a troublemaker ?! Why the are you giving a nerfed Fear Ward then to all priests if it isn't going to be of a good use in both PvE and PvP ? Seriously, I call bull ! Why would anyone dispel opposing target if he sees rank 1 buffs ( common passive mana drain tactic with silent resolve )?
