New tauren cat form?

I came across this image on a google search, and found it on what I think is the french wow forum. I can't speak french sadly, but on the google page it may have suggested this to be a reworked version of the tauren cat form.

does anyone know if this is ture or not? Cause if it is I'd love scaring the crap out of lowbies in this form! :D
