Patch triggers epilepsy

is there anyway of disabeling the red flash that comes around the map if you look at it while you have aggro?

Im epileptic and this flash triggers my type of epilepsy.
I have no choice but quitting wow if its no way to disabel it =(

And yes, I did find this out the hard way, I dont really wanna run thru the barrens one more time while looking at my map and end up with a seisure.
