How does the WoW clock work?

Hi there! I have a question about the WoW in-game clock. I'm sitting in Germany and play on the English European Agrammar realm. So, when my clock shows 11:00, does the clock in London show 11:00, too? Is the time for all players of the English European Agrammar realms the same or different?

So When it's 11 game time, it's 10 in UK.
